At the Regional Early Childhood Collaborative (RECC), we are dedicated to supporting the growth, development, and success of young children - from birth to five- across the towns of Ledyard, Norwich, Griswold, Lisbon, Voluntown, and Preston.

We believe the early years are a critical window of opportunity, and that every child deserves the chance to thrive. That's why RECC brings families, educators, providersm and community partners together to build a stronger, more connected early childhood system.
